Presales Best Practices: Preparing for One-on-One’s

Hey presales managers… the right prep work makes your 1:1’s far more effective. 🤝 🙌

 

First, you need to know the basics on your SEs/SAs/SCs:

✅ Presales pipeline (what deals are they working on and current statuses)
✅ Presales warning signs and blockers (where are the problems)
✅ Utilization (do they have bandwidth or are they overloaded)
✅ Performance metrics (how are they doing)
✅ Presales activities (what are they doing)
✅ Calendar (how’s this week/month looking so far)

Review all that in your presales management solution (like Homerun Presales) BEFORE your 1:1.

Now you know how much agenda time to allocate to the good, the bad, and the ugly. 🙂 😬 😱

For example, time for reviewing deals that are struggling and finding ways to course-correct and unblock them.
